Dr. Bruce Thompson
Dr. Bruce Thompson has been freeing people from pain in his clinic in the Muscle Shoals community since 1999. As an Alabama State Board-certified chiropractor, Dr. Thompson is committed to promoting the optimal health and wellbeing of his patients.
Dr. Thompson uses the “whole person approach”. This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and making whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Thompson is able to help you accelerate your journey to good health.
On his time off, Dr. Thompson is an avid outdoorsman who especially likes hunting and boating. He loves traveling and car collecting, as well. With three grandchildren and one on the way, he is also very busy as a loving husband, father, and granddad.
Dr. Amanda Franconi
Dr. Amanda Franconi joined Thompson Family Chiropractic in 2012. She is from Muscle Shoals, AL where she was first introduced into chiropractic care during college for a neck injury. Knowing how effective this treatment was in relieving pain and improving mobility, she decided this area of medicine was going to become her career focus. She went on to complete her undergraduate studies at UNA with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Biology and a minor in Chemistry and then received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, GA in 2012( graduating top three in her class: Summa Cum Laude.)
Dr. Amanda is Board Certified with the Alabama State Board of Chiropractic. She attends to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. and has additional experience in prenatal care and adjusting children. She also has training and certification in dry needling therapy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating and exercising. Dr. Amanda and her husband, Chris, are also enjoying life with their handsome son, Hampton.
